Tunado terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Fida ur Rehman, trading as fida.pk, in Pakistan ("fida.pk", "we", "us"), the maker of Tunado: Car Wrap & Rims AI ("Tunado"). Tunado is a separate service from other fida.pk apps, with its own accounts and credits. By using Tunado you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What Tunado does

Tunado takes a photo of a car and uses AI to show it with a new paint or wrap colour, chrome, a design, your own design, new rims or a business wrap. Every result is an AI preview. It is not a photo of a real wrap and it is not a quote, a promise or professional advice. A real wrap, paint job or rim can look different in colour, finish, fit and size. Rims are a beta feature. Results work best in daylight with one whole car in the photo, and some photos (night, several cars, a cropped car) may not work.

2. Who can use Tunado

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. To buy, you need a Google account and Google Play.

3. Your photos and designs

• Only use photos of a car you own, or a car whose owner has agreed. Don't use photos you have no right to use.
• Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to process them, and to have our service providers process them, only to make your looks and run the service, as the privacy policy describes. We don't use your photos for advertising and we don't publish them.
• Tunado changes only the car. It never creates or changes people or animals. People in your photo are left exactly as they were.
• Uploaded designs must be yours or used with permission. Images showing people, faces, animals or cartoon characters can't be printed on a car (you can use their colours and shapes instead), and images with nudity or underwear are refused. Nothing is charged when an upload is refused.
• Business wraps (Pro) are for your own lawful business. Use only your own business name, phone and website. Some text is refused automatically; nothing is charged when it is.

4. What you may not do

• Use a result to deceive anyone: for example, to pass it off as a real photo of a real modification, to hide damage when selling a car, or to make a car look like a police or official vehicle.
• Remove or hide the AI label or metadata, or claim a result was not made with AI.
• Use photos of people, cars or designs you don't have the right to use.
• Try to get around free-result limits, credits or payments, copy or reverse-engineer the service, overload it, or access it other than through the app.
• Use Tunado for anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we will refund any unused paid credits unless the account was used for fraud.

5. Free results, credits and Pro

• Free results: each phone gets 2 free AI results, for a colour, chrome or a catalogue design only. They carry a small Tunado mark and are smaller than paid results. Rims, your own design and business wraps are never free.
• Credits: each look costs credits, shown on the button before you start: 1 credit for a colour, chrome, a design or your own design, 2 for rims. Credit packs are sold through Google Play at the price shown in the app.
  • Credits never expire.
  • Credits have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to another person or account.
• Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It includes 40 credits, pictures without the Tunado mark, full-size pictures and business wraps. Pro never removes the AI label or metadata. If you bought Pro, we will never turn it into a subscription.
• There is no subscription and there are no ads in Tunado.
• If Tunado ever closes, we will tell you in the app at least 90 days before, so you can use your credits. We will also refund unused paid credits bought through Google Play in the 12 months before the closing notice. Credits bought earlier than that can still be used during the 90 days, but are not refunded.

6. Refunds

• A look that fails gives its credit back automatically (or the free result, if it was free).
• A finished look that is clearly broken or shows the wrong car: report it within 7 days and the credit comes back. This works once per look, up to 3 times a day.
• A look that shows something offensive or inappropriate: report it at any time. The credit comes back and we review it.
• Payments are handled by Google Play. You can ask Google Play for a refund under Google Play's refund policy. If Google refunds a purchase, the credits or Pro from it are taken back. If you already spent those credits, the balance owed is shown in the app and taken from your next purchase.

7. Your account

Tunado signs you in anonymously, so your credits and looks belong to the app on that phone. If you sign in with Google, they follow your Google account. If you uninstall the app without signing in with Google, we can't move your credits or looks to a new install. You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). Deleted accounts, and the purchases on them, can't be brought back.

8. Our service

We work to keep Tunado available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that every photo will work. We may change, pause or stop features (for example, during high demand or when a provider fails). When a paid look fails, its credit always comes back.

9. Ownership

The Tunado app, name, icon, design and catalogue of colours, designs and rims belong to fida.pk. You may use your results for personal use and, with Pro business wraps, for your own business. Car makers' names and logos are not used in Tunado, and nothing in Tunado is endorsed by any car maker.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, Tunado is provided "as is". We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a preview, such as buying a wrap, paint or rims, or for differences between a preview and the real result. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes go to the courts of [CITY], Pakistan. If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts or under your own law, these terms don't take that right away.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using Tunado after that, the new terms apply.
